Drop-Ship Orders: We will partner with you to get the best commercial terms possible for the order.
Special-Order Items: Suppliers require all special orders to be in standard pack quantities and are non-refundable. We will make ever effort to work with the supplier to help expedite your order.
Standard Returns: Returns must be requested no later than 30 days from ship date.
• Returns are subject to a restocking fee; These fees can be waived with an off-setting order that is equal or greater in value
• Items must be in resalable condition and in standard pack.
• No returns on special-order items unless authorized an returned direct to the manufacturer.
• Returns will be credited at the original order price.
3M Products:
• In alignment with 3M policies, products cannot be canceled or returned once orders are placed with the manufacturer.
• 3M Fall Protection products are returnable within the parameters of our standard returns policy. (See above)
**Due to copper pricing, welding cable is subject to weekly price changes.**
**For any natural disaster and/or epidemic outbreak where there are large orders for any brand outside of a customer’s normal run-rate, all sales will be final with no return.
**Please note in order to continue aligning with our Manufacture partners concerning Covid-19 related items, once an order is placed for these items, it can not be cancelled or returned. This policy is currently in place for 3M, Dupont, Kimberly Clark Professional and others.**
**3M products – including respirators, surgical and procedural masks and hand sanitizers – are being used globally in the response to the outbreak. We expect demand for these products to outpace supply for the foreseeable future.**
